What is Boost Mindset?

Boost Mindset is the family of three apps built by Boost Innovation for youth sport: Coach Mindset (for the coach on the bench), Parent Mindset (for the parent in the car), and Athlete Mindset (for the kid in the jersey, launching soon). Same long game philosophy. Three different vantage points. One playbook.

What is the difference between Coach Mindset, Parent Mindset, and Athlete Mindset?

Coach Mindset helps coaches plan, run, and reflect on sessions. AI practice planning across 45+ sports, a live drill timer, a 60 second reflection habit, and a personalized learning path.

Parent Mindset helps parents navigate the moments that actually shape an athlete's relationship with sport. The car ride home, the angry email to the coach you should not send, the night your kid says they want to quit. Sixty three articles, thirty Right Now situations, twenty two guided pathways.

Athlete Mindset helps developing athletes 12 to 22 build the inner game. Mental skills, identity, self awareness, Game Mode for the moments inside competition. Launching next on the App Store.

Are these apps on the Apple App Store?

Yes. Coach Mindset and Parent Mindset are live on the App Store today. They also work on the web and on Android. Athlete Mindset is launching next on the App Store.

Is there a family bundle?

Yes. The Family bundle ($14.99/month) unlocks all three apps for one household with four athlete seats included. It activates fully when Athlete Mindset launches. You can reserve a Family spot now.

What is the Boost Mindset Framework?

Five pillars that drive every choice in every app:

  1. The Long Game. Optimize for who the kid is at twenty five, not who wins on Saturday.
  2. The Three Sidelines. Coach, parent, athlete. One playbook, three vantage points.
  3. Development > Scoreboard. Make growth as visible as the wins.
  4. Reflection Compounds. One sixty second habit per session, one season of insight.
  5. Identity, Not Output. Build the kid worth becoming whether sport pays off or not.

What is the science behind it?

Three research streams. Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD), the stage based model used by national sport bodies worldwide. Self Determination Theory, the psychology of intrinsic motivation, autonomy, competence, and relatedness. Sport psychology, particularly the parts about regulation, identity, and post performance debriefing.

How many sports does this cover?

Forty five plus, including twenty one para and adaptive disciplines. Coach Mindset is sport specific in its drill library and methodology recommendations. Parent Mindset and Athlete Mindset are sport agnostic by design, because the parent script and the athlete's inner game are universal.
